Talking About Marriage

My boyfriend and I are both 20. We`ve been talking about getting married. He has a full time job as well as a part-time job. I have a part-time job and in college. I want to wait until I have a Bachelors degree..but He wants to get married next year!! He`s already talking about getting the engagement ring. What can i do?
