All In Tux`s

My bridesmaids do not want to wear dresses for my ceremony. I also think they would look kinda funny in a dress (they are `butchy`) but i have never heard or seen anything like this...has anyone heard of a all tux wedding, with just me and the flower girl in a dress?

I would discourage you having your bridesmaids in Tux`s. How about nice pantsuits? They can have the same style, but in different colors.

I think it would neat. I can`t say I have ever heard of it but if you want to have a wedding that sticks in everyone`s mind for years and years then you should do it! I know I would. :) Also some tux`s shops do carry women tux`s. So call around.

A tux wedding party is a great idea. I was part of such a wedding. We wore fitted tux`s with pink (which was the theme color at that time) bow ties, shoes, etc. The bride and flower girl wore the traditional gowns.
It looked wonderful. Go for it, your girls will love you for it.

We pluralize with the letter "s" and reserve the apostrophe for contractions and possessives. Thus we would say tuxes instead of tux`s. :-)

I am "butchy" as you called it and my suggestion to you is to asked your brides maids I was in a all tux wedding and it was really nice. Womens tuxes are fit for women so the still look fem but not like a dress
