The adress in Conshohocken, PA is a valid address also you can call the district manager or regional director of each store and area. The store manager is obligated to provide the info about the district manager and the regional manager upon request.
Additionally you can call the corperate office 1-800-823-2403 and follow the prompts for customer service if the store does not resolve your issue.
