HELP ME!!! 13 B-DAY PARTY!!!

HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I REALLY NEED HELP PLANNING MY 13 B-DAY PARTY. I REALLY WANT THIS TO BE THE BEST YET BECAUSE I AM ALMOST A TEEN. WELL SOMETHING THAT I WAS THINKING OF IS RENTING A SMALL CLUB & LIMO, ALSO TO INVITE ALOT OF KIDS. BEFORE I GO TO THE CLUB I WANTED TO GO GET MY HAIR PRO. DONE, ACRILIC NAILS PUTT ON AND TO BUY A CUTE OUT-FIT. IS THIS TO MUCH TO ASK FOR?

Hi , well when my daughter had her 13th she had a house party boys and girls, I put up decorations, played music, I made frozen drinks and put them in champagne glasses with umbrellas, had lots of string lights and disco balls,plenty of food and cake, for party favors I made a CD of 18 favorite songs of my daughter and labeled it KT`S BIRTHDAY BASH MIX! I had a metallic streamer background on the wall and took pictures of everyone that came. Just like you would at a school dance.
