Addressing Wedding Invitation
Married couple. The wife is the medical doctor. How do you address the outside and inside envelopes?

When she has a professional title and he doesn`t - she is listed first.
For example (Outside envelope): Doctor Margaret Smith and Mr. John Smith
Inside Envelope: Doctor Smith and Mr. Smith
