Sweet 16

Hey every1 Im having my sweet 16 in May I have no idea what i should do. Im having like 100 ppl. And like $4,000 budget. Were I live everything always has 2 be perfect. I want the color pink in the party but not to girly. I would like any ideas u can give me!
