"sellyourweddingdress" On Ebay!? Don`t Think So!

Just so you know, I`m on the lookout for a nice second-hand gown. This ebay seller currently has a Kenneth Pool, which I have asked about numerous times. Apparently, if you don`t bid on the dress, you don`t get any additional info. So, to the bride that has the Kenneth Pool, I wouldn`t be surprised if that gown has been passed over by a few people due to lack of customer service.

They are trying to burn the candle at both ends, it cannot work well that way. Either you sell as a direct consignment sale or as an auction. They are giving ebay sellers a bad rap by doing business like this.

I don`t think that ebay sellers are getting a bad rap...it`s the folks that don`t bother to respond back to you that irk me. Buying things on-line is a HUGE risk, and you are going on faith and what you know about the seller. If the seller cannot respond to a question with a "i`m not sure, let me ask" or "i`ll get back to you"...you have nothing to go on. The seller NEVER got back to me, and was given plenty of time after each question. (questions were concise and polite)
