Sweet 16

Hey everyone! My sweet 16 is coming up on Oct. 7th and I really really need some ideas! I don`t have a lot of money but I want it to be something big that everyone in the school will be talking about....I have been dreaming about my sweet sixteen since I was 12.....please help?
