Outdoor Wedding

I am also planning an outdoors wedding. I would like to know if anyone knows of some type of diagram as far as set up goes. For instance, where should I set up the food, cake table, gift table, etc. To save money I am not having an additional set of chairs for the guests. All of the tables and chairs will be set up, so everyone will be at their perspective seat. I need a diagram, whic would include the arch arrangement. Let me know if anyone knows where I should go.
