Postponing My Wedding????????

My wedding is less than a month away and two days ago my mother was hospitalized with progressive liver failure that struck very unexpectedly. Everyone is asking me if the wedding will be going on as planned now that me know she will be needing a liver transplanet and more than likely will be unable to attend the wedding. It means everything to me that my mother is there for my day but that is out of my hands now. Should i postpone the wedding or go on with things as planned? i so dont know what to do can any one give me any advice to ease this decision.

You could still continue with the wedding making sure that you book for someone to tape it for your mum so she is able to view the event and then when your mum is better arrange the wedding to be blessed with a few family and friends and then have a party afterwards then your day which you have planned is still going to go ahead but your mum won`t miss out

I would ask your mom what she wants you to do. She may want you to postpone the wedding, but I`m willing to guess she would like it to continue. Even if she is hospitalized, you can talk to her doctor to see if she can have a day pass to attend (if she is well enough). You could hire a nurse to be with your mom if needed. If she is unable to attend, you could also go to the hospital in your gown with your husband to see her either before or after the ceremony.
