Victorian Chantilly Lace, Pearl, Sequin Gown
Fourteen years ago, I had my wedding dress carefully preserved in an acid-free box by a reputable dry-cleaner after having the gown carefully dry-cleaned. Now, it still sits perfectly preserved, and I do not wish to keep it. I would like to sell it to someone who needs a very nice gown. It is a small size 10 with a 35-inch bust, 23-inch waist and 35-inch hip. It has long sleeves. It is made of chantilly lace with beads and sequins that overlay ivory satin. It has a small v-back and a lovely bow at the back lower hip. It has a very small train, and it is scalloped in the front. It flows very nicely. The gown has only been worn once as it was purchased brand new. The waist was altered from 25-inches to 23-inches. There is lace around the sleeves` cuffs, which can be removed if desired. It is a beautiful gown with a bit of a Victorian stance to the design. I am selling the satin shoes that are dyed to match the wedding gown, as they are also in perfect condition. The shoes have a 3/4 of an inch heal and are in size 9 1/2. If anyone is interested in learning more details about this gown, please contact me at my e-mail address: metallopub@alltel.net. The price is negotiable. A fair price for the gown in its preserved state is $300.
