Does Anyone Have Ideas For A 13th B-Day Party??

I am turning 13 in October and I want to have a big thing but my mom says that were not going "all out " I want to invite girls girls and boys and since it`s in October we can`t do anything outside either because I live in Chicago. Any suggestions to a party both my mom and I can agree on???
