Wedding Location

I am attempting to plan a wedding for middle October of this year. I want to be married in the St. Louis area.I want to be married by a friend of the family but he is only ordained in IL, so a St. Lous wedding is out of the question. I am having a VERY hard time find a location in the Metro East area. If anyone knows of a good, affordable location in this area please let me know..thanks!
