Madrid Theatre In Kansas City

Went to look at a place to have an anniversary for my parents. Couldn`t believe they told us they have alot of receptions there. Why would anyone have events there with an Adult Book Store across the street. What about the children ? There was absolutely no parking for my guests. I`m not going to have them walk 2 to 3 blocks to our anniversary. Are they Crazy. Why would anyone open up a business there with no parking ? Oh, I know, stupid people would do that.
