Madrid Theatre In Kansas City

I could not believe it. My best friend got married and had a reception at the Madrid Theatre in Kansas City. It was horrible. We had the hardest time looking for a parking space near by. They wanted us to park 2 blocks away. What about when we walked back during night. We were approach by homeless people. It was scarey. Where were the police when you needed them. I dont` like it there and will not go back . Its scarey there.
