She shows couples how to prepare for a massage experience, describes and demonstrates various strokes , discusses massage`s healing benefits and suggests how to use oils, lotions and fabrics to increase mutual pleasure. Helen believes that couples can achieve a higher state of emotional intimacy with the power of healing touch.
