25th Wedding Anniversary

I`m planning a 25th wedding anniversary for my parents, Now money is tight so I need some good inexpensive ideas... I have their church reserved, and I`m trying to keep it a surprise. My mom needs new towels and things, how can I word the invitation so they don`t only get silver?? Thanks
