I have found some glass slippers plastic and glass. Expensive wise they weren`t bad. If anyone needs the site, I can definitely help. I`m trying to find pumpkins not too child like and little mice, stuff like that. Can anyone help>????

Rachel,
Sorry I just relized that my email wasn`t attached. Blueyedturtlelover@yahoo.com. Go to craft stores at the end of summer when the fall items are out in the store and look for pumpkins. I found some iron pumpkins that I spray painted white and will decorate for my center pieces. As for the mice, I am using chocolate mice and putting one at each place setting. Go to www.candiquik.com/fun_pary_mice.html Other things I am doing is making magic wands that I attached a silver bell to, that the guests will wave when they want us to kiss instead of clicking their glasses.
Hope this helps!

Yes that handykane.com website is great! I`m trying to see if it would be at all possible to make my own save the date`s, and inventations. I have been looking all over the web for cinderella pictuers to print on my own computer and add my own details. So far, not much luck but at least there is a good website incase I decide to order them.
Thanks for the info!
Most of my other items came from Ebay! There are tons and tons of Cinderella items! Good luck!

Hi Rachel,
To make the magic wands you will need: wooden dowels, wooden stars, hot glue gun, small wedding bells that come in a box of 24 with ties. I cut the wooden dowels in 3 equal parts, and tied a bell to the dowel and glued a wooden star to the same end and used the hot glue to secure the bell in place. Hold together long enough to let the glue dry. Then I took silver spray paint and painted the wands and then usued glue glitter for the one side of the star. The guests can then wave the wants to make the bells ring when they want us to kiss. I plan on putting 3 at a table with a note attached letting the guest know what is intended for the wands. They are really cute! You can even go as far as adding ribbon with your wedding colors to the handle of the wands if you like. I haven`t finished all of mine yet so I`m not sure what the final one will look like! Just make one and see if you like them! Everyone I know thinks I`m nuts!! lol Oh well!
Hope this helps!

Last year for my daughter`s wedding I purchased lightweight authentic looking orange pumpkins at WalMart after halloween on clearance. We sprayed them white, dusted them with clear glitter and adorned the stem area with a variety of white, silver and light blue wedding "trim" items that I purchesed in one big lot on e-bay. These items were hot glued on. The day of the wedding we tied pastel balloons to each stem and they were gorgeous centerpieces. We used white plastic tablecoverings on the tables and ran a runner of wide (about 4 inches) silver mesh metallic ribbon down the center of each long table and centered the pumpkins on the ribbon runner. The ribbon was purchased at a craft store on clearance after Christmas.

If you`re looking for larger pumpkins (like real life size), try Michaels. They sell these foam carvable pumpkins that like like the real thing. Very lightweight. Maybe it`ll be cool to have some of these around the place with some vines.

I got alot of my Cinderella wedding ideas from fairytalebridalshop.com. The woman that owns the site is very helpful and she even does custom work. Even if you don`t buy anything, she has alot of great ideas you could get.

I just got engaged on Friday Dec 23rd!
I always dreamed of being in front of Cinderella`s Castle.. But instead he had an giant framed picture of the castle surrounded by white lights and the ring was in Cinderella`s glass slipper when he knelt in front of me. So we are going to be doing a Cinderella theme as well. If anyone could send me their ideas to nikcro22@yahoo.com, I would appreciate it. We just started thinking about everything and I`m a little over-whelmed, but very excited!
Thanks so much!

Hi
I`m getting married in Florida at the Marriott Orlando World Center August 2006 and would really appreicate it if someone could give me a website to find photos of cinderella theme stuff for a wedding. I just cancelled my wedding package through Disney because they changed the package and prices after I had already given them the deposit. I am extremely upset that I am not getting married in Disney`s Wedding Pavilion but it is the principle of what they did. Disney is not about having your dreams come true or having a fairy tale wedding....it is all about MONEY for them which is understanding because they are a business, but I am still upset pertaining to the way they do business. I am still all about the Disney theme wedding because I truly love Disney and have since I was a little girl. So my fiance and I have decided to get married through the church and have the reception at the Marriott Orlando World Center. I want the entire reception to be Disney themed. If anyone can give me ideas I will be truly grateful. Thanks

HI

I think all of your ideas are really creative. I am getting married on May 6, 2006 and my theme is Cinderella too. I have a gorgeous amazing gown from Reem Acra. We did our invitations in Cinderella and Save the date cards too. We did glass slippers for favors filled with M&Ms that can have words on them like your name and date. We did wire carriages in the middle of the table covered in ivy and roses. Also, the wands with the bells attached. We have the most beautiful Cinderella cake topper from Lenox. E-mail me with iddeas too!!

I am getting married on May 6, 2006, and also having a cinderella themed wedding! One thing that I think is neat, is to have a aisle runner that says "Happily Ever After". Also, ice sculptures of a glass slipper are neat. We are having a horse and carriage between the ceremony and the reception. Rather than doing table numbers we are doing table names, such as enchanted castle and once a upon a time... Good luck and if you have any questions you can email me!!
