Dress

I was wondering where I could find a dress similar to the one the girl wears in MCR`s "Helena" music video. It is a black strapless with a red belt-type thing on the waist and then the rest of the dress is sparkly black and is layered at the bottom with a little more red. If you could help me find one like that it would be great!

I seen a dress similar to the one seen in the MCR video "helena" at Hot Topic, if you dont find it their or on their site then try making the dress!
