I Need Help Putting A Speech Together.

I had my quince about 2 years ago. Mines was great it was so much fun and it went extremly smooth and non hectic. Everyone still talks about it till today. I have a really close friend that i grew up with and shes gonna have hers at the end of august and they want for me to write her this big speech and i have no idea what to say or where to even start. I dont want them to be like the ones at my quince because they were to long and it was like they were never gonna stop. So if anyone has any, any ideas at all please help!!
