Outdoor Wedding Dress

Hi, I am trying to find a beautiful wedding dress suitable for an outdoor wedding. We are planning on getting married by a waterfall in Gatlinburg, TN and I would love something light and flowing or maybe a t-length style, that is not too poofy. I am also on a tight budget and I don`t want to pay any more than $200 on a dress. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
