Dress Altered, Is It Possible?
Does anyone believe it is possible to alter a size 10 Amsale (white strapless with blue sash) to a street size 4? Or do you guys think it is too big to do that?

Most wedding gowns can only be taken in up to two sizes, any more and you alter the neck line, arm room, etc. I would try to find a dress closer in your size

I would find a trusty seamstress. Bring a pic of the dress and ask her if it`s doable. (some dresses wouldn`t be able to handle the modification, but elegant, simple dresses can normally handle it.)
