Hey i dont kno if u have a budget but u can either rent a something or have it at a friends house and tell her that the two of u were invited to someones party to get her to go n when she gets there she will kno it is for her and be surprised

I think it`s great you want to surprise her for her birthday. Why don`t you party like it was 1989? You can play Trivial Pursuit and find someone`s old PS 1 or Nintendo to hook up to the TV. Pogs were the rage for kids and Trolls wre coming back in style.
