Starting A Wedding Business

I have been planning different small events for a couple of years now, however it`s not what I want it to be. I am trying to expand my hobby into a full business and am looking for all the help I can get. I know I am no where near working on my own and am wondering if there are any experienced wedding / event coordinators looking for an assistant.
