Any Good Renisance Faires?

Hi I could give you lots of faire info. I do costume making, I work many ren faires, and I got married at a faire. Feel free to contact me and ask what ever questions you want.

Betsy, there`s a ren fair that usually takes place close to houston area from october to november and im certainly positive that they hold wedding ceremonies complete with food/music,etc. They have wedding packages to meet your budget needs even though im not too familiar with details. I have been around the vicinity and it is placed in the suburbs so ur guests may have to travel abit. I have heard rave reviews of this fair though i have not gotten a chance to visit it myself.best of luck and keep us posted, sounds interesting.

What exactly are you looking for? The only faires I know of are the south of Dallas in Waxahachie. It runs in April-May I believe. It`s called Scarborough Faire and then the one called the Texas Reniassance Faire in Planterville near Houston starts in Oct-Nov. I`m doing a reniassance/ever after theme for our wedding and have LOTS of ideas. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Yes we are doing Scarborough Faire also. I was looking for a dress for me. Are you guys using normal wedding attire or are you using costumes from that time frame? Someone said there was a costume shop in Arlington. I can`t seem to find it.

Ren Faire in TX is not far from where my MOM used to live in Plantersville, TX. Just outside Houston. It is the most realistic faire I have seen thus far. If you email me I can giv eyou the information that I have on the weddings at the Faire.
Also to the lady that does costumes i need someone to make my dress. I have designed it and would love to talk to you about it.
