I would like to do a pig roast. I hear you can buy a "Pig in a Box", already cooked. Does anyone have a supplier in the Hartford, CT area?

You may want to call places that specialize in luaus. Are you having entertainment at your event, like a Hula dancer or fire dancer?

I found a place called Country Butcher in the Ellington area that does cooked pigs. No entertainment - at least that I have planned! Thanks for your reply.
