Hotel Gift Bags

I planned on putting gift bags at the hotels for the out of town guests. I have a variety of items to include in them. Does anyone have a poem or letter that they put in the bags? I don`t know what to include. I was told that the hotels cannot distribute the bags if they are individually addressed. So all of the bags need to be the same. How do I put a personal thank you in a poem or a letter? What did everyone else do?
