Finger Foods Or Appetizers
I have been talking to my fiancae about finger foods or appetizers to serve at our wedding reception. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. We are country people that like seafood, except for orderves and stuff like that. We want to keep it simple though.

I`m planning a wedding this September and also doing finger foods because it`s at 3 p.m. My menu so far consists of lahvashes (basically ham, salami, balogna, and provolone cheese rolled up in a soft tortilla shell and cut up in small pinwheels), chips and salsa (my fiance`s request), pigs in a blanket (very common in weddings in small country towns and everyone loves them!), chocolate cheesecake bites, little brownie bites (my sister makes these in mini muffin pans), and possible mini quiches. My family, some friends, and I are making everything ourselves to save money.

We always have finger rolls: tuna salad, egg salad, ham salad in rolls. My mother wraps cocktail sausages in bacon and puts them in the crock pot with brown sugar, as the bacon cooks with the brown sugar it creates a sauce. People love them. Sweet and sour meatballs is also a winner.
