Quinceanera Capias

I heard that you need padrinos de Capias for a Quinceanera but I don`t know what they are. Please tell me.

Capias are what you give out to every person attending the reception for your quince. They are little decorations you pin on to your shirt. You usually get them at babyshowers and at weddings but for your quinceanera they are supposed to say mis quince anos with some other little decoration.
