I Just Started The Depro Shot

I used to take the shot when I was a senior in high school. In my opinion it was one of the stuppidest things I ever did. I was young and my boyfriends mom at the time said I should do it. Of course since I was very young and was too young to risk being a mom I did it. I stopped getting a period after about a year. I was a psycho crazy moody b***h and I felt the same way you do now. I have heard it takes a while to get pregnant after you take the shot. Deppending on how long you`ve been on the shot maybe I dont know. I was a skinny rail then and I gained alot of weight. Of course since I was a skinny rail I dont look fat now. But emagine if I had been. I dont know what you look like but If I were you I would worry about gaining a ton a weight. I gained about 35 lb since then but I wish I hadn`t. This is the only reason I regret it so much, also the mood swings. So my best advise to you honestly is stop taking the shot!!!!! Switch to the pill and just have your fiance always wear a condom if possible. Or I guess the patch also works pretty well but Ive never tried that. I have been with my fiance for 5 years and I have never ever gotten pregnant. We have sex regularly but we are very carefull about it. He always wears a condom every single time. And if there is ever a problen I have taken the morning after pill.
