You can have a 15 even if you are on a tight budget. All you have to do is for example instead of buying a dress try renting or maybe asking someone to loan it to you. Instead of a hall try a relatives backyard or something. Invite your relatives and close friends. Instead of having like a lot of damas and chambelanes just have 3 girls and 3 guys.
