Planning A Reception

Our son is getting married in Venezuela and we are giving a reception here in September. I am trying to find out how to word the invitation and how to say that cash gifts are welcome. Since they do not `register` in Venezuela, it will be easier for them to purchase what they need. Anyone know how to tactfully say that????? HELP!
