Eloping In Washington DC

My bf and I plan to elope in Feb. 2006. We have a 2-3 week window in which to move from TX to DC, find a place to live, and get married before he has to report for duty. (He gets back from Iraq in late Jan). Can anyone suggest a nice local where we can tie the knot? If worse comes to worse, we`ll just head to the courthouse.

Does anyone specialize in itty bitty weddings in the DC area?
