I Work @ David`s Bridal

I work @ David`s in Slidell, Louisiana. I am truly sorry to hear all the complaints about Davids. I honestly love working there & at our store... We have great customer service. The funny thing is we have about 3 different stores in the area & a lot of brides come to our store because of the lack of customer service that these other David`s Bridals. We ALWAYS hear stories. I do have somethings to say... Alterations do differ depending on the dress (difficulty of the altering). At the Slidell store, we, the consultants, are to call other David`s if we cannot order that specific dress & if we don`t have it for customers to purchase it off the rack. Oleg Cassini`s are not JUST special ordered... You are able to purchase those, too, off the rack if you find your size and if not then we simply order it. Although, technically it says FINAL SALE on your reciept... David`s Bridal`s managers are to do exchanges for customer satisfactory reasons. We have 3 managers, who are all very different mind you, but are ALL very nice. Again, I say I`m truly sorry to ALL of you who had bad experiences at David`s Bridal... But I definitely know that we arent all bad. Although, I do see a lot of complaints... The store were I work at recieves a great amount of praise... We get letters all the time from Brides, Bridemaids & all other different types of customers at Davids. I apologize again.
