My Niece`s Wedding!

My niece is Amercian and is marrying a guy from Costa Rica. She would like to make this special for him so wondering what she could do to add a little of his culture to the wedding. His family still lives in Costa RIca so it would be nice if she could find something.

Does anyone have any recipes that would go over well at a reception.? I need all the ideas you can offer..
