Bar Mitzvah

Wtih my son`s bar mitzvah coming up in less than three months, I have already arranged many things in advance, (ie. Booked the DJ, magician, party place, hotel accomodations for out of towners, caterer for Kiddush brunch, invitations) But there are certain things that cannot be done until the last minute. (party favors, and place cards, decorations, buying clothes for my son who hasn`t stopped growing for the past 8 months , aliyot, and much more. This is what drives me crazy.
