Any Ideas For Breaking The Big News

I want to tell my family that I`m getting married. They don`t really know my fiance very well though so they will probably freak out. Does anybody know of any fun ways to tell my family?

Get chinese food with your family. While eating fortune cookies, say your fortune out loud, but not the one in the cookie, say something like "I will soon wed my true love" and go from there or something like that. Or have fortune cookies made with "we`re getting married" written inside and switch them with the ones given to you from the food place. Hope this helps!
