Wife`s 31st Surprise

I am planning a surprise party for my wife but I want to jazz it up a little bit. I am renting a hall at a firehouse but I would like to transform the look of the room by draping the walls and ceilings with white fabric. Any ideas or suggestions on how or who I can hire at a reasonable price? The party is on 7/9/05. Thanks

Yes, there is a fellow by the name of Darrin. I lost his phone number, but he works at Anna`s Furniture in Lynnwood. He has a quick eye for decor and is spontaneous and has great taste and is not shy about being very unique. His own business name is "Budget Elegance" but as I said I lost his card. Do you already have music? I know a band that specializes in Old School Funk/ R&B. Very danceable, including saxophone player. Very good stage presence, very good rates.
