Cutting Rolled Fondant Icing

I thought I sent a message yesterday but it is not posted. I will try again. I have made dozens of wedding cakes in past years working only once with rolled fondant icing. I was wondering about the cutting procedure for a cake covered with this. I thought it was difficult to cut. Does anyone have any tips. I am thinking of using this type icing on my nieces shower cake in two weeks and perhaps on her wedding cake in August. Anyone have any advice?
