Magic Wand Weddings

I placed an order June 29. They cashed the cost from my bank account July 1. But no package. I can`t get them to answer my messages on the phone or to reply to my emails. Today I wrote to the head of the company. My wedding is in a few days and I am frantic. Do you have any idea how else I can reach them? Thanks, LA in DC

You might need to start looking for other favors. When is your wedding?

Also, talk to your bank and see if you can have the charges reversed.

If you have not received them by now, and still no contact I would suggest ordering new favors. I am doing my sisters wedding and I have great dependable contacts. Email me, I`ll be glad to help. I`ll even give you some ideas on how to make favors etc.

I ended up getting new favors. I receive NO response from them after 6 weeks so I sent a certified letter threatening them with a lawsuit and got a prompt refund. This company is a fraud and I suggest you make some sort of threat of your own or you`ll never get your money back.

My wife and I ordered a product with expedite processing/shipping. Their website and voicemail mentions that someone will respond with 24hrs. Not a single response and already a week has gone by. I pulled up this company on the Better Business Bureau website and there is a rating of an F (the lowest rating possible). 22 unanswered complaints from the BBB. Definitely a fraudulent company! This is a lessoned learned to research unknown companies before making a purchase. My credit card company reimbursed the charges. Be sure to file a complaint the the better business bureau too. Bbb.org
I am contacting the magazine companies too to inform them that they are listed on the website for credibility purposes. Someone needs to bring this fraudent business to a halt.
