HELP! Looking For Food Vendors

We are in the middle of planning our 4th of July celebrations next month and the local group that handles the majority of the food (hot dogs, burgers, sausages, etc) just back out for lack of help. I`m looking for food vendors that would be available 10am-3pm and 7:30pm-9:30pm for our two events in Waltham, MA. Does anyone have suggestions?
