Looking For Caramel Apple Dipping Station

I`m planning a corporate event at which I would like to feature a station where guests can create their own caramel or candy apples. Ideally, there would be a choice of having your apple dipped in warm caramel or candy and then rolled in your choice of toppings (nuts, sprinkles, marshmallows, etc.).

Does anyone know of a company that provides this kind of setup?

I know that there are kits available online, but the venue requires that I hire a licensed company/vendor for insurance purposes. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
