HELP!!!!!! CAJUN WEDDING HOW DO I HAVE ONE?

Well of course you will need boiled crawfish on hubcaps!
Then perhaps get small bottles of Tabasco for the guest favors.
There will of course have to be an acordian in the band and a fiddle would not hurt either!
My mother is from Rayne, Louisiana and I can remember my Grandaddy referring to a "coon ass" all the time.
Check into some Zydeco bands for music, this can be fun! Perhaps some one who could be there to teach the guests how to dance to this music would be fun after dinner is done and the fun begins! What a wonderful memory especially for people not from those parts!
