Completed Chemo Party

My daughter will be completing a year of chemotherapy. We would like to have a party to thank all that have helped and wished her well. We have girl scout troops and school mates, doctors and nurses and a very large family. We would like to have maybe a barbecue or beach party. Any places that you can think of that could host such a party at a fair price. We are very limited on our budget as you can imagine. I`m not looking for a handout, just a nice place to show my appreciation to those who helped my daughter through this difficult time.
