Video Cameras

Can anyone give me any advise on which camcorder to purchase? I am thinking of going into the videography business and do weddings...I already have Final Cut Pro HD (Mac),. I have been using a little Sony Handycam for my own use but I want to get something more professional for my business...something along the lines of a Canon GL-2 or maybe even a High Def camera...
