25th Wedding Anniversary

Hi, We are celebrating our 25th anniversary and since we got married in Reno Nevada at a small chapel we want to have the church bless our marriage, no big thing I plan to wear a nice gown have a small reception that will be simple and elegant. Hopefully we could do this on a small bugdet, My viision is to have a small reception with family already this is 100 people with a romantic setting, white lace, white, soft pink, Lilic and yellow flowers, NO BALLOONS. Any suggestions on where to start?
