Planning An Out Of State Wedding!

I just got engaged 5 days ago and am a little overwhelmed!!! My fiance and I live in Chicago and are planning our wedding between Dec 05 and Apri 06...in Florida! My family lives there and can help us with arrangements but I would like some help with ideas for a reception hall. We are looking in Tampa, or St. Petersburg. I love the beach/waterview, or indoor with garden access. Our budget is between 20-25k total, and it looks like we will have between 200 and 300 guests (ouch). Thanks for all the help!
