Recent Engagement

My fiance and I are living in Chicago and are trying to plan a wedding in Tampa or St. Petersburg, Florida. We are planning a wedding between December `05 and April `06. We do have family in Fl that can help us with arrangements, but would appreciate help getting some ideas about good places for a reception. I love the beach/waterviews, and indoor halls with adjacent gardens. We are working with a budget between 20 and 25K total.
