Need Help Disco Party

Hi,

I am having a birthday party for a family member who is turning 50 years old. We wanted her party to have a disco theme. I was looking for something I saw under the partypop website under the disco theme. The person received a disco ball that opened up and inside was a business that read the party info. I need to find someone who could possibly create something like that for me and what would be the cost for approximately 75 people.
