Post Wedding Reception / House Warming Party

My husband and I were married late February 2005, with no announcement to family and friends. (Just decided to get married, save the $$ for a house.) Our wedding was extremely low key (at the local courthouse) with only our parents & siblings present. We have purchased our first home last week. We would like to send an announcement announcing our marriage and our purchase of our new home. We would also like to invite anyone who would like to join us for a reception/open house. How do I go about this? Please help!
